Improv Group Therapy In Los Angeles

Where healing meets play, and you get to be fully yourself.

Improv therapy isn’t about being the funniest person in the room—it’s about showing up, taking a breath, and letting yourself explore without the pressure to get it “right.” At Brave You Therapy, our improv groups help you build confidence, connect with others, and express yourself in ways that feel safe, supportive, and (yes) even fun.

Who This Group Can Help

Improv creates a playful, nonjudgmental space to work through challenges, connect with others, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.
