While therapy often focuses on healing the past, coaching is about helping you reconnect to your strengths, take meaningful action, and show up more fully in your life — here and now.
Whether you're exploring a new direction, going through a transition, or simply want to feel more grounded and confident in who you are, life coaching provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to do that work.
