IMPROV THERAPY
Step into a space where growth happens through creativity, connection, and play.
Ever feel like talk therapy isn’t quite enough?
You might understand your patterns. You can name your triggers, your attachment style, your coping skills.
And yet—when emotions show up in real time, your body does what it’s always done.
Improv Therapy offers a different way in.
These workshops are built on the idea that insight doesn’t automatically lead to change—embodied experience does. Through play, movement, and applied improvisation, clients practice new ways of responding in the moment, not just talking about them after the fact.
In Improv Therapy, we explore communication, boundaries, vulnerability, emotional regulation, confidence, authenticity, and connection through structured, playful exercises designed to create emotional learning—not performance. Clients experiment with choice, flexibility, and presence while noticing how their nervous systems respond and what shifts when they try something different.

This isn’t about being funny or “good” at improv. It’s about letting your body learn what your mind already knows—so new ways of showing up start to feel possible, accessible, and real.
If you’ve been craving something more experiential, more embodied, and maybe even more fun than traditional therapy alone—this is your invitation to try something new.

What to Expect:
Workshop Style Format:
Each workshop is offered as an individual drop-in experience focused on a specific theme or area of exploration. Attend one workshop or join multiple throughout the series.

Topic-Based Experiences:
Each week explores a different topic such as overthinking, connection, communication, confidence, boundaries, joy, and authenticity through improv exercises, experiential activities, reflection, and nervous system-based learning.
Experiential & Embodied Learning:
Clients are invited to practice flexibility, spontaneity, self-expression, and relational connection in real time—not just intellectually process them.

Inclusive & Collaborative:
Open to all experience levels. No acting or improv background required—just a willingness to try, connect, and grow in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
