IMPROV THERAPY

Step into a space where growth happens through creativity, connection, and play.

Ever feel like talk therapy just isn’t enough? Maybe you’ve learned coping skills before, but they’ve stayed stuck in your head—hard to bring into real life when emotions take over. Improv Therapy gives you a different way in. Here, you’ll practice your emotional intelligence, not just think about it. You’ll step into different roles, try on new ways of responding, and even direct others so you can see yourself from the outside—gaining insight and confidence in how you show up in the moment.

Each week, sessions are curated around themes like communication, vulnerability, or emotional regulation, blending skills-based learning with playful, creative exercises. It’s not about being funny or a performer—it’s about letting yourself explore, take risks, and experience growth in ways that feel both real and alive.

If you’ve been craving something more experiential, more embodied, and maybe even more fun than traditional therapy alone—this is your invitation to try something new.

What to Expect:

  • Weekly Sessions: 1.5-hour sessions held once a week, in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

  • Guided Curriculum: Each week explores a new theme—emotions, communication, authenticity, vulnerability, and mindful awareness—using improv games, role plays, and group reflections. Sessions run for 6 weeks.

  • Inclusive & Collaborative: Open to all experience levels. No acting background required—just a willingness to try, connect, and grow.
